Where your imagination goes, your reality will follow.  So why fill your head with worry.  Worry is what happens when your imagination is pointed in a negative, destructive direction.  When there is cause for worry, there is even more cause for hope.
The power is in your choice.  You can choose where to direct the power of your imagination. So strive to direct it toward the bright, the beautiful, and the positive.   Choose to strive toward that which you most hope for instead of that which you most fear.  Whatever you fear, you worry about.
