Nothing Good is Ever Lost...

Nothing good is ever lost.  People and situations will change, things will come and go in and out of your life. Remember, nothing good is ever lost. The love you know stays with you always, even when the person you love is no longer there. The good things you do stay with you always as memories, even when time has erased all physical evidence of them.
No good effort is ever wasted.  Even if your effort fails to produce any outer value, the inner value is always there. Even if what you do is not recognized, reciprocated or appreciated, still realize that you have had the priceless blessing of doing it.  Don't live in fear of losing something.  You will only psych yourself into believeing that you never really had it or you never will experience it. If you avoid attempting anything because you fear failure, then failure is exactly what you will get.
Here is the key.  If you constantly seek the validation of others, you will often be disappointed. Instead, choose to live, love and act in each moment with the best that you have to give.  You will realize that the real value you create can never be diminished, nor lost.
